Cancelling your ticket

Tickets can be cancelled free of charge for a full refund any time before the day of your visit. On the day of the visit itself the ticket has been issued and can no longer be cancelled or refunded. This single, simple window applies to every ticket sold on this site, and it is shown again at checkout and on your booking confirmation.

How to cancel

The quickest way is the Request cancellation button on your order page — open the link in your confirmation email, or find your order with your order code and booking email. You can also email [email protected] with your order code and booking email. As long as your request reaches us before your visit day, your refund is approved.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank and card issuer — most refunds arrive within a few business days of approval, and we will let you know as soon as the refund has been issued on our side.

No-shows and late arrivals

Tickets are delivered digitally and are valid for the date and time stated on them. If you miss your scheduled visit without cancelling within the window shown on your ticket, the ticket is used and no refund is due. If you are running late or your plans change, contact us before your scheduled time at [email protected] — we will do our best to rebook you where the supplier allows it.

Closures caused by the attraction

If Hagia Sophia is closed to visitors at your scheduled time — an official closure, a religious holiday, or a security measure — your booking is not lost: we offer a free rebooking to another date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
